The UK Home Office 2025 employer brand
In 2024, the Home Office Resourcing Centre, in partnership with the Home Office’s Communications Directorate, commissioned an agency to produce some design suggestions around a potential employer brand. They liked the key sentiment but felt it required a recruitment agency to take those initial thoughts and develop them into a toolkit.
The end result is a thorough and in-depth employer brand toolkit that clearly shows the logic behinf the strapline ‘it matters more’ and how to use it across both digital and printed formats
It was essential that the toolkit was easy to understand and at the same time, allowed for the many varied forms of communications across all platforms. Things such as events, user generated content, quotes and text only versions if no images were available.
